COACHING

My Coaching Philosophy
“First you move, next you fly, and then… you soar.”
I believe coaching is about releasing the potential within the athlete and helping them find the mindset that unlocks their enthusiasm to keep growing and showing up each session; and the confidence and tools to navigate the tougher times. It's imperative to appreciate the athlete's life beyond the sport and help them find balance between the demands on their time.
I take a week-by-week approach with my programming and accommodate how the athlete is feeling and their time constraints - guiding them to which sessions are key versus flexible in discipline. I strive for my athletes to feel accomplished, enjoy their training, and be lifelong enthusiasts.
