What is collected

Google Analytics

Basic anonymized web analytics via Google Analytics: pages visited, approximate location (city / state level), device type, and referral source. This is used to know whether anyone is actually looking at the site. It is not used to identify individual visitors.

Google Analytics may set cookies. A consent notice appears on first visit; you can decline and the analytics script will not load.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email, and message you submit are sent by email so that Matt can read and respond. They are not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with third parties.

What is not collected

• No account signup, login, or profile data. There is no user account system on this site.
• No payment or billing information. The site does not sell anything.
• No health, training, or personal athletic data. There is no intake, program signup, or athlete tracking on this site.

How to contact / request deletion

If you sent a contact-form message and want it deleted from the email inbox, or you have any other privacy question, use the contact form to say so.

Third-party links

This site links to external sites (team pages, governance bodies, race sites). Those sites have their own privacy practices. Following a link takes you outside of the scope of this policy.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any change.
